Returns Policy
At Sparkle Sisters, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your unique jewellery piece. Because of the element of surprise in our collections, our returns policy is specifically designed to be clear and fair to all our customers.
No-Fault Returns: Please note that due to the surprise nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns for items simply because you have changed your mind or they are not what you expected.
Returns for Damaged or Faulty Items: We carefully inspect every piece of jewellery before it is sent out, but we understand that damage or faults can occur. If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, you have a legal right to a refund, repair, or replacement.
To initiate a return for a damaged or faulty item, please follow these steps:
Notification Period: You have 28 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any damage or fault. To do this, please contact us at jones@sparklessisters.com and include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or faulty item and its packaging.
Item Return: Once we confirm the return, we will provide you with instructions and a pre-paid shipping label to send the item back to us. The item must be returned to us for evaluation.
Inspection and Evaluation: Upon receiving the item, our team will inspect the jewellery to assess the damage or fault.
Refund Process: If the damage or fault is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund Timelines:
Once we have received and inspected the returned item and confirmed its eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are non-refundable unless they are damaged or faulty upon arrival. This is in accordance with consumer health protection regulations.
